Everyone is welcome! It is easy to follow along and a great way to get your body moving! These classes will be taught and demonstrated by Fiona Cameron-Martin. This series will allow you to learn ballet from the comfort of your own home, it will keep you active and it will help you start the weekend feeling lengthened and strong!
You don’t need to be a dancer or have previous training, all you need is some space to move around and something to hold onto for support!
