Butoh training class with Juju Alishina
Juju Alishina (Japanese dancer/choreographer living in Paris, pro since 1982) has been teaching dance lessons in live on the platform Zoom since the very beginning of the quarantine. People from all over the world came to learn and dance together.
All levels, All ages.
The classes start with exercises for general well-being and to condition your creative spirit. These are followed by various dance techniques (method on this book “Butoh Dance Training”) and propositions for improvisation.
Programs : Body control, Postural tonus regardless of action, Breathwork, Awakening and circulation of energy (chi), Basic Butoh training, Facial movement studies, Noguchi gymnastics, Choreography, Exploration of the image set in action, Improvisational dance technique, etc.
The theme of the course will change every week!
The classes are directed in English.

What do you need? : a small amount of space, a computer, a smart-phone or a tablet to follow the class, training wear, one chair and yoga-mat
Fees : Your first lesson is FREE then you can purchase tickets for classes.
1 class : 11 euros
10 classes : 90 euros (1 class 9 euros)
20 classes : 140 euros (1 class 7 euros)
50 classes : 250 euros (1 class 5 euros)
You can use these tickets and come whenever you would like. The validity of a ticket is for 1 year.
