Connecting with Balance with Emily Kent, Pilobolus
Connecting with Balance is a workshop tailored to helping people connect with their bodies and enhance balance through movement and dance. Emily Kent, Pilobolus Education Director (and creator of Connecting with Balance) will guide participants through exercises to increase mobility, improve balance, and move creatively.
