Gentle Improvisational Dance Making with Dare Ayorinde
We will do gentle warmups to align our bodies however they need to be aligned, whether physically, mentally, emotionally, or all three. This will include breathing, voice, and laughter. Leading us into a lengthy improvisation where we tap into what our bodies need. Do we need to run around
the house and jump aggressively on our couches, or by the window for some sunlight with a gentle sway…..collectively we will find some shared movement we can take with us from class/ zoom hangout.
