Enjoy 60 minutes of guided breathing, stretches, somatic improvisations and gentle movement that leave you with with a renewed sense of energy, focus, and whimsy. Exercises that encourage deep release are inspired by Anna Halprin’s Movement Ritual. The class culminates with dances to soulful music.
