Int/Adv Ballet with Shohei Iwahama (Barre & Brief Center)
DETAILS:
We spend about 50 minutes at the barre and finish with 2-3 center combinations designed for small spaces, approximately 20 minutes. Please feel free to participate either just for the barre portion or full class.
