Class will consist of a 50 minute barre, followed by 30 minutes of center exercises designed for expansive movement in small spaces. My studies in the Feldenkrais Professional Training Program have informed my teaching methodology. Exercises are simple and clear, with a brisk flow from one to the next. You will polish your technique and work up a sweat.
