Class description
During this time of sheltering in place Olivia has gathered her knowledge as a gaga teacher, professional dancer, and passionate mover into a series of classes coined Moving Through. For this particular workshop we will dive deeper and with more time into these improvisational, exploratory, and strengthening sessions with exercises and tasks geared for the trained body and mind. We will move continuously small and large opening up dormant areas, addressing movement habits, and trying new ones on!
