1 hour 15 min OPEN Ballet Class (recommended ages 12+)

We are all stunning swans! Whether you are a seasoned “silver swan” or a young “cygnet,” come join our judgement-free zone. In this class, we are serious about ballet but we don’t take ourselves too seriously!

The first portion of the class consists of floor exercises (can be modified for a chair) for developing core strength, proper alignment, and awareness of the upper body. Then we progress to a ballet barre.
