Pilates-ish with Stephanie Liapis
Dancers will be guided through a series of somatic exercises based in Pilates mat that emphasize stability and the use of dynamic breath. I use imagery and anatomical feedback to help increase your understanding of how and why your body moves. Please have a mat and towel, all bodies, all movers welcome.
