Pilates is a series of exercises that lengthen and stretch major body muscles in a balanced way. It is a low-impact and highly efficient workout. It improves flexibility, strength, posture, balance and body awareness.

Eric Liu is originally from Taiwan and he’s a certified Pilates teacher. He participated in Fulbright Scholar Program in 2016 and has been based in New York City ever since. He is a classical ballet dancer (@eric.liu.dance.choreo) with interests in contemporary choreography and photography (@plenty.of.time.photography). He trained at National Ballet School of Iceland, Gelsey Kirkland Ballet Academy and Joffrey Ballet School.

Any amount between $5~$20/class is greatly appreciated. (minimum $5/class)
